how does this work? 𖤓
Compass walks you through seven sequential pages + a financial tracker, designed to take you from a vague sense that something needs to change to a real, grounded direction you can begin moving toward.
Across the workbook, you will:
See your current system clearly: The money, the people, your energy, the difference between the impact you say you have and the one you actually have. Working with what's real, not what's wishful.
Name the inherited rules you've been operating under: The unspoken beliefs about how business should work that keep snapping you back into the same patterns. Once you see them, you get to choose what stays.
Imagine multiple futures for your project: Lavishly, specifically, and without filtering them prematurely for what's ‘viable’ or ‘realistic’. Most futures die in the filter. We will invite them to live first.
Choose a direction with roots: Not aspirational bs. You'll know what you're moving toward and what you're willing to release to get there.
Redesign your business model through a regenerative lens: Using Natipical's Business Model Canvas ©, which makes space for reciprocity, care, hidden costs, and who benefits beyond who pays.
Make one thirty-day decision that moves something in the real world, with a built-in reflection point so you can see what you actually learned.
Build a two-year horizon: A clear north, non-negotiable commitments, your own success metrics, and a sustainable rhythm so the project can grow without burning you (and itself) out.

The workbook:
Welcome. A short orientation to how Compass works — how to move through it, how to use Notion if you're newer to it, and how to pace yourself across the workbook.
Page 0 𖦹 Your current map. A diagnostic look at the system you're already inside. Value, money, people, community, your relationship to the work, your actual impact. A snapshot of what's real, before you imagine anything else. Includes a table-based system snapshot.
Page 1 𖦹 The table of inherited rules. A framework for naming the unwritten rules about business and success you've been carrying without knowing it. Sort through each one. Decide what stays. Includes a reflection space for locking in the insights.
Page 2 𖦹 The canvas of possible futures. A spacious imagining process. Three different futures for your work, with room for images, references, moodboards, and the feel of each one. A body-based prompt for noticing which futures bring energy and which bring fear — without making you choose yet.
Page 3 𖦹 The choice. A structured moment for choosing the future that feels most true. A ten-minute time test (what's true isn't always what's fastest). A cost test (every choice releases something). An optional out-loud check to see if the choice still holds when you say it aloud.
Page 4 𖦹 The Regenerative Canvas. Natipical's reframing of the classic Business Model Canvas, designed around purpose, reciprocity, care, and the hidden costs most frameworks ignore. Prompts for all nine blocks, a synthesis section, and a printable version.
Page 5 𖦹 The 30-day decision. One specific decision for the next thirty days. What enables it. What blocks it. How you'll know it worked, using metrics you actually believe in. A reflection space for after the thirty days, so the experiment teaches you something.
Page 6 𖦹 Your route forward. The long-form integration page. A two-year horizon written as a scene. Three non-negotiable commitments. Your own success metrics. A personal sustainability design. A quarterly question to return to. This page becomes a reference document you'll come back to long after you finish the workbook.
Synthesis page. Space to gather what you've learned across the full arc. Patterns, takeaways, what surprised you, what you want to remember.
Personal notes. A free space for whatever comes up along the way that doesn't fit anywhere else.
The financial tracker (bonus tool)
A linked Excel-based tracker, designed for a life-centered business. Includes:
Income and expense tracking by month
Monthly summary view
Budget design
A "life metrics" layer
A suggested usage routine
A short FAQ for getting started
𖦹 Lifetime access
Compass lives in your own Notion workspace as a duplicated template. The version you receive is yours to keep, edit, return to, and revisit as your work evolves. You'll also receive any future updates we make to the framework, at no extra cost.

A clearer view of what you're already inside of. The names of the rules you've been carrying. Multiple futures sketched in your own words. A direction you've consciously chosen, with the cost named honestly. A redesigned business model that includes the parts most frameworks pretend don't exist. One real, specific decision for the next thirty days. And a two-year horizon you can return to whenever you start to lose the thread.
You won't walk away "transformed." You'll walk away clearer, more grounded, and with something honest to begin moving toward.

Do I need to know how to use Notion?
No. The workbook includes a short orientation, and the layout is designed to be intuitive even if you've never used Notion before. How long does it take to complete?
Most people move through Compass over two to four weeks, depending on pace. Some pages take an hour. Others benefit from sitting with them across several days. That said, it’s self-paced so take as long as you need! Will I get support?
Compass is self-guided. If you'd like accompaniment, support, or a community walking alongside you, look at Marea (Natipical's mastermind) or The Tide (our open community). However, feel free to DM us on insta (@natipical.co) if you wan’t to chat through something cool :) always happy to talk.
