MXN 55.00

Compass is a self-guided Notion workbook for the slow, honest work of figuring out what you're building or want to build. You won’t just think about your project, you will re-see it, re-choose it, and begin redesigning it from the inside out. You will map your current status, name what (made-up) rules you've inherited, imagine multiple futures, and redesign your business through a regenerative lens at your own pace. Then, you will map our a plan to make it sustainable for you and all living things.

By the end, you'll have a real direction, the shape of a regenerative business model, your own measures of success, and one concrete thirty-day decision you can act on.

how does this work? 𖤓

Compass walks you through seven sequential pages + a financial tracker, designed to take you from a vague sense that something needs to change to a real, grounded direction you can begin moving toward.

Across the workbook, you will:

See your current system clearly: The money, the people, your energy, the difference between the impact you say you have and the one you actually have. Working with what's real, not what's wishful.

Name the inherited rules you've been operating under: The unspoken beliefs about how business should work that keep snapping you back into the same patterns. Once you see them, you get to choose what stays.

Imagine multiple futures for your project: Lavishly, specifically, and without filtering them prematurely for what's ‘viable’ or ‘realistic’. Most futures die in the filter. We will invite them to live first.

Choose a direction with roots: Not aspirational bs. You'll know what you're moving toward and what you're willing to release to get there.

Redesign your business model through a regenerative lens: Using Natipical's Business Model Canvas ©, which makes space for reciprocity, care, hidden costs, and who benefits beyond who pays.

Make one thirty-day decision that moves something in the real world, with a built-in reflection point so you can see what you actually learned.

Build a two-year horizon: A clear north, non-negotiable commitments, your own success metrics, and a sustainable rhythm so the project can grow without burning you (and itself) out.
